Abstract

The accelerated growth of artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on teaching and learning is undeniable (Bowen & Watson, 2024). Yet opportunities for faculty to engage in discipline-specific and multidisciplinary dialogues about AI-infused pedagogical strategies are limited (Cabellos et al., 2024; Shata & Hartley, 2025). This article will describe the constructive potential of a faculty learning community (FLC) for developing the integration of AI within courses and programs (Baidoo-Anu & Ansah, 2023), illuminating three examples from this FLC.
