Interactive Multimedia Technology: A Learning Community Curriculum Process Model to Address the Issue of Campus Racism

Abstract

This article describes how a university learning community curriculum model was used to produce an interactive multimedia technology videodisc on race. It describes the three-course sequence used to produce the interactive videodisc and reports the impact of the experience on students, faculty, and overall curriculum evaluation. The authors include a brief discussion of the utility of such an experience and its related implications.
