Abstract

The author examined the efficacy of computer-assisted instruction in a variety of contexts with regard to college students' self-reports of classroom satisfaction and objective measures of learning. In addition, the study compared the collected reports with those students who were primarily exposed to traditional lecture format methods. Results suggested that students' course grade is related to course content and manner of presentation. Correlations were noted between students' course satisfaction and course presentation format.
