Abstract

The authors present the individual and collective results of a university-wide initiative to institutionalize a hyrbid pedagogical approach?Creative Inquiry?across multiple academic disciplines. The program is intended to systematically combine inquiry-guided learning and creative thinking in order to further enhance the depth and breadth of pedagogical transformation. This transformation is explored using a series of case studies drawn from courses in nursing; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM; the social sciences; and the humanities, as well as institutional-level assessments. They then, in turn, draw upon these cases to consider effective strategies for designing, disseminating, and assessing organizational change.
