Abstract

The purpose of the author's research was to investigate the relationship between the use of collaborative learning teams in management education courses and the level of educational achievement of student team members participating in a traditional 15-week semester course. The study investigated the relationship between team development and productivity by correlating team grades earned on a team assignment with stages of team development determined by using the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ). Significant correlations were noted.
